National Cultural Association was founded by Late Jugal Srimal in 1945. The objective of the association was to impart education to children through entertainment with audio visual aids and to make people conscious to fight out superstition and social ills. Inspired by these objectives, a group of enterprising young men with strong convictions in their philosophy of life and ideology, plunged into action to form a society and National Cultural Association was born.
